I. GENERAL TERMS

II. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Payment Method Bank transfer only
Payment Purpose Invoice Number must be clearly stated (example: "Invoice No. GLAV-2024-123")
Due Date 5 working days from receipt of invoice

III. DELIVERY

  1. Standard Lead Time

    • B2B: 1-2 weeks after payment

    • B2C: 1-2 weeks after payment

  2. Delivery Zone

    • The Baltic States, Europe

  3. Inspection & Control

    • Goods condition must be inspected immediately upon receipt

    • Transit damage must be registered in the presence of the carrier/delivery agent

IV. RETURNS & CLAIMS

For B2B Clients

  • ✅ Returns permitted only for:

    • Manufacturing defects (confirmed by photo/video)

    • By prior agreement

  • ❌ Non-returnable: Customized products

For B2C Clients

  • ❌ 14-day Right of Withdrawal (Not applicable)

  • ❌ Does not apply to: Products with custom sizes/colors

General Terms

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the client (excluding manufacturer error)

V. WARRANTY

  1. Warranty Period:

    • Standard products: 12 months

    • Heat-resistant products: 24 months

  2. Action Flow:

    • Mechanical damage

    • Improper use/storage

VI. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. First step: Negotiations and mediation

  2. Unresolved disputes: Shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia

  3. Applicable law: Legislation of the Republic of Latvia and EU regulatory acts
