Tenco SCREWCAP 380V – Industrial Solution for Aluminum Capping

The three-phase version of the Tenco SCREWCAP is a high-performance semi-automatic machine designed for applying smooth "Pilfer-Proof" (PFP) aluminum caps. Thanks to its powerful 380V motor, this machine provides the necessary torque and stability required for the correct application of Stelvin-type, BVS, or MCA capsules.

Technical Excellence and Safety:

The machine features a descending capping head and a two-hand safety control system. The operator must press both side buttons simultaneously to lower the head, which hermetically seals the bottle and creates a precise thread on the aluminum surface within seconds.

• 4-Roller Technology: Two rollers perfectly shape the thread according to the bottle neck, while the other two rollers securely lock the pilfer-proof safety ring.
