The Tenco SCREWCAP is a semi-automatic screwing machine designed to apply smooth "Pilfer-Proof" (PFP) aluminum caps to glass bottles. It is an essential tool for producers of olive oil, spirits, and wine who require a high-quality, tamper-evident seal.

Operation and Safety:

The machine is electrically operated (230V single-phase). It features a two-hand control system: by pressing two side buttons simultaneously, the operator ensures maximum safety. The capping head then descends and seals the cap onto the bottle neck in just a few seconds.

Technical Key Features:

• 4-Roller Head: Delivers superior sealing quality. Two rollers shape the thread according to the bottle neck, while the other two secure the pilfer-proof safety ring.
• Adjustable Range: Suitable for aluminum caps with diameters from 18 mm to 38 mm (custom heads for >38 mm available upon request).
• Versatile Use: Compatible with caps with or without pourers, as well as Stelvin-type, BVS, or MCA capsules (specific versions).
• Precision: Ensures a constant downward pressure, preventing damage to the cap and guaranteeing a leak-proof seal.
